A) Pre-sale service :
 
1. We will answer all your questions before you buy it, no matter the product, or our company, or my team. Whatever, we will try to remove all your doubts. Such as, confirm the model, quantity, price, payment method, packaging, brand, etc. one by one before shipment. Then, you will be informed of the logistics method and delivery cycle used.
2. If you need sample for confirmation for the first time, we can provide it .
3. We accept customized services, such as design the package model you like, engraving the brand logo you need, accept OEM or ODM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) orders. Determine it according to your needs.
 
 
B) Service in Sales
 
1. After the order been confirmed, we will keep you informed of the progress of the stocking, and inform you the delivery time and logistics arrangements. According to your requirements (photograph, video), you can confirm the specific information of the goods. Generally, Small Order or Sample Order for 2~5 days to ship, Mass products 10~25 days for 1*20GP & 40HQ.

C) After sale service
 
1. After delivery, we will inform you of the logistics order number, or bill of lading(BL), so that you can follow up the logistics status of the order. We can provide invoice and  help you to clear the customs until you receive the goods.
2. We will test each part working well before shipment, we promise 2-year guarantee; Any quality problems, please let us know, we will give you a refund or resend. It is better if you give us relevant test data or picture evidence to help us find the reason quickly. If necessary, you can return the product and we will pay for the shipping cost. For the defective products, our technical team will analyze the specific reasons, make improvements, and improve the quality for future.
